just one suggestion, but if you are going to keep the manga style of the scan and just color it in, i suggest making everything else in the wallpaper look manga style, like the bg. bg looks too clean compared to the character. a little bright, but otherwise nice job!

Its my cg trick no #22... You see the outline of the manga were duplicated and applied with gaussian blur 4.5 then some opacity change and blending mode....
The outline must have no white but must be transparent...

The problem is i dont know what tech i must used to make a manga style bg. ig you have knowledge about it pls share..
